Nestled in the heart of North Dorset, The Vale Pantry has become a beacon of hope and support since its inception in 2020. What began as a mission to provide affordable food to families and individuals in need has blossomed into a comprehensive support system, evolving to meet the diverse challenges faced by the community.
Transitioning into a Main Family Hub, with the invaluable support of Dorset Council, The Vale Family Hub now offers a plethora of services to help families find their footing. Despite the move to larger premises, the Family Hub remains steadfast in its independence, relying on the goodwill and generosity of the local community to sustain its operations.
Open six days a week, The Vale Family Hub is more than just a food pantry; it’s a warm, welcoming sanctuary. Visitors can enjoy a cup of freshly brewed tea or coffee and indulge in homemade cakes at the cozy Welcome Cafe. But the Family Hub is not just about comfort—it’s about connection. Whether you need a listening ear or practical help, the team at The Vale Family Hub is ready to go the extra mile.
