Early Language and Home Learning
Staff in the hub can deliver targeted, evidence based interventions via outreach to parents of 3 – 4 year olds who would benefit most.
Parents of pre-schoolers can access HLE programmes through speech and language therapists, health visitors, midwives, early years practitioners and other relevant organisations. Our staff can help deliver the support you need to access the right help appropriate to your and your child’s needs.

Songs and rhymes offer fun ways to explore the sounds and patterns of words. Try using poems or rhymes with actions and repeat again and again. Read stories aloud and share books. The hub will be able to loan you books or visit your local library for activities such as Rhyme Time.
