Working within the Supporting Families Program, help will be provided to families to prevent escalation into crisis.

Staff in the Family Hub or those who work with us on a drop-in basis can connect families to the right support for their needs. Where multiple needs are identified, the Family Hub will assign a member of staff to take the lead in bringing parties together.
